Richard Hoeschele is a senior level system architect and implementer of Data Mart and Hyperion Planning and Essbase
solutions. He is responsible for the development and implementation of world-class architectures incorporating
Relational and Hyperion Essbase technologies in support of large-scale business process redesign, re-engineering, rightsizing, and related projects. He has over eighteen years of experience in the design, development, implementation, and support
of information technology architectures and systems in a variety of hardware environments. Richard has extensive experience in planning, technology assessment, implementation, architecture design, and deployment. He is particularly skilled in the translation of business requirements into technical solutions using an iterative design and development approach. Richard believes that extensive client interaction is the hallmark of a successful implementation.
He is experienced in a wide variety of industries and businesses and highly skilled in the following technologies: RDMS to include SQL Server, Oracle, DB2; and OLAP technologies including Essbase, EIS, and Analysis Services. Other programming tools to include Access, VBA, VB, ETL tools, SQL Server DTS, ODI, and OBIEE,
Richard received a bachelor's degree in psychology, with senior honors, from the University of Tampa. In 2010, he received his master's in computer science from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois. He has been an Oracle certified Essbase developer since version 6.x. He presented twice at Solutions and has given numerous presentations at various ODTUG conferences and webinars.
